Fang-tastic

Sarah and I always have difficulty coming up with titles for our blog posts. Sarah usually takes the subject of the post and adds ‘tastic’ to the end to make the title. So I knew we’d have no trouble coming up with a title when we went to see Dracula the ballet. This was our first ballet and we weren’t sure about it at first, but we liked it by the end. We were impressed by the dancers ability to seem weightless and the stage set was used brilliantly to allow characters to appear from nowhere and give a creepy feel to the show.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone. We had a quiet New Year, just the two of us watching the celebrations from New York on the TV. The evening seemed to take forever. I think this was because we got phone calls from friends and family when the UK celebrated the New Year and we still had 5 hours to wait. We had a few drinks and had a nice time.
